ECG (Electrocardiography)
An ECG or Electrocardiogram records patient's heart electrical activity.
It is a brief procedure that can be done by the Nurse at the practice before or after the Doctor sees you, if you do not have a copy of a recent ECG or your symptoms have occurred/changed since you had one.
It may be necessary in investigating many types of symptoms and medical conditions where heart may be involved.
